The Nevada Supreme Court has requested that prosecutors take action to a request from attorneys who represent O.J. Simpson for a rehearing of the appeal of Simpson’s armed robbery and kidnapping conviction. According to the Supreme Court, David Roger (Clark County District Attorney) will have until December 6th to respond to the petition that was filed for a rehearing.
Last month, the Court upheld Simpson’s 2008 conviction. Simpson’s lawyers claim that Simpson does not have the intent to commit such a crime and that two black jurors were dismissed with no probable cause. Roger claims he believes the state high court already thoroughly dealt with Simpson’s appeal.
